	The sales training course was created because of the work Rhondda completed with individual sales people who came to see her as Hypnotherapy patients. They went back to their jobs with a new attitude and soon their Sales Managers started contacting her to ask her to help the rest of their team. They said things like "I don't know what you have done for Jane, but I want you to do it for all of them, she is absolutely flying". Well ... as a Master Hypnotist and accredited NLP Master Practitioner, Rhondda has been studying the work of Milton Erickson for many years. This allows her to: 1. Teach the relevant principals of NLP (Neuro Lingistic Programming) to help sales people become more influential and 2. To help them use Self Hypnosis techniques to remove self-imposed barriers that often get in the way of consistent sales activity. 3. This way she takes them to the brink of hypnosis to help create a sales breakthrough and empower them to take that big first step ... and make it happpen.
The Course Design
"To The Brink" Corporate Sales Training programmes are typically conducted as half day sessions (instead of a regular monthly sales meeting).
