Developing enhanced physical presence is a key to being taken more seriously, both in our work and in our personal lives.

Body Language: The key to developing physical presence is the acquisition of an unshakeable belief in one's own value and worth.

Charisma: is a personal attractiveness or interestingness that enables you to influence others – a combination of how you feel about yourself and the impression people have of you.
